Book one’s name came very easy to me. The theme of sunflowers and the Italian translation of the word made it a no-brainer for me. But alas, now I must name book two, and potentially book three. And a series name. Oh my. Well, I just keep writing and hope the name jumps out as it did with the first book.
I imagine naming your book is as fun and challenging as picking the right name for your child. It sets the tone, not only for the book, but the genre. It should evoke a feeling to the reader, a promise of things to come. And the book will have that name forever. That’s a lot of pressure.
In the meantime, I keep writing.
